Consultations

Reschedule free up to 24 hours before your slot. Cancel for a full refund any time before the consultation begins. Once the hour has started, the consultation fee is non refundable.

Plans

Monthly plans cancel any time. Your access continues through the end of the current billing period. Setup fees are non refundable once work on your case has begun. If no work has started, we refund the setup fee in full.

Managed and active cases

For Managed, which is billed weekly, you may stop at the end of any week. Work completed to date is billed; unused weeks are not.

One time purchases

A la carte items and physical mailings are non refundable once the work has been performed or the item has shipped. Before that point, contact us and we will refund in full.

How to request one

Reply to your confirmation email or call (206) 785-3302. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
