Our service

GH GLOBAL, operated by Fintech Global LLC, provides data intelligence and approval services. We audit your file, identify what is holding you back, and work with you to remove it. We do not guarantee any specific result. Your outcomes depend on your unique file and circumstances.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using the site or booking a consultation, you confirm you are.

Consultations and fees

A consultation is one hour, one on one, prepaid. The fee is charged when you confirm on our secure payment page. You are never charged for a plan until you explicitly choose one.

Our service is informational and administrative. It is not legal advice and not financial advice. We do not act as your attorney. For legal or tax decisions, consult a licensed professional.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and to review and approve every action before we file it on your behalf. Nothing is filed without your approval.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States.
